Our philosophy

Most physio stops at the joint that hurts. We start at the pattern that broke it the way you run, lift, sit, and favour one side without noticing. Fix the pattern, and the pain has nowhere left to hide.

How it works

A clear path back.

No mystery, no filler exercises. Every session moves you toward a defined outcome.

  1. Assess

A full-body movement screening — because pain is rarely where the problem started.

  2. Diagnose

We pinpoint the root cause using clinical reasoning and biomechanical data, not templates.

  3. Treat

Hands-on therapy paired with a loading plan built for your body and your goals.

  4. Rebuild

Progressive strength and movement work, all the way back to 100% — and beyond.

In their words

Recovery, told straight.

Jordan, Distance runner, ACL recovery: I came in unable to jog to the letterbox. Six weeks later I finished a half marathon. Nobody talked to me about my knee like it was just a knee — they treated how I actually move.

Tell us a little about what’s going on and we’ll point you to the right person. Most patients are seen within 48 hours.
